Both of my vehicles were damaged during Hurricane Helene. I took my wife's vehicle to a different repair shop (NOT Shelby Collision) and did not have a pleasant experience - the staff were rude, communication was non-existent, the repair took two months because they kept putting other things in front of it, and I had to take the vehicle back four times to get it right (it leaked when it rained after the repair). When it came time to get my truck repaired, I refused to go back to the same shop. Someone recommended Shelby Collision to me. I called and Brooks, the owner, was a breath of fresh air. He was respectful, got me in when he said he would, and communicated with me throughout the repair. My repair became a much larger job than we hoped (roof had to be cut off and replaced), but, even with the "surprise," Brooks still got me in and out in a timely manner. The work was phenomenal. I'm very pleased with how my truck turned out. No one would know how badly it was damaged because Brooks and his team are so good. And he's honest and does what he says he will do. Unfortunately, people like that are hard to find that these days. If I need any body work in the future, my only call will be to Brooks. He's almost an hour drive from my home, but worth every mile. He's earned my future business, unlike the first shop I dealt with who handled my wife's repairs. If you don't know who to trust and where to go, I hope this review helps. I was just like you, but I am grateful that I found Brooks and team at Shelby Collision. Solid crew!
